Meditation is a word that carries centuries of meaning - ritual, silence, discipline. Yet beneath all of that, it is something very human: the act of turning inward. To sit, to close the eyes, to feel the breath moving in and out, it is both ordinary and extraordinary at once.

 

Within is my attempt to hold that space in another form. These photographs are not about stillness as an idea, but about the texture of it as I encounter it: light, shadow, quiet moments that ask nothing and offer everything.

 

To sense how reflection can be both fragile and vast, how a single breath can open into something immeasurable. This work is an invitation to step gently into that space within yourself, even if only for a moment.
